Sampo looks at Gepard's outstretched hand and laughs.

"Come on, Captain, what's a pair of handcuffs or six between friends? I've still got at least two of yours that I haven't pawned yet."

Pela's nose scrunches up in annoyance; there's some mental math going on in her brain, and she's clearly not liking the numbers that are coming out.

"Gepard, is this why the equipment budget keeps going up? The number of guardsmen requesting replacement handcuffs has gone up a hundred and twenty percent in the past three months!"

"You really want them back, Captain? I mean, you already know that I'm not going to run. I've agreed to help you with your problem, and you can't expect me to do what I do best with my hands behind my back! I'm good, but I'm better if I have my hands free."
