[That's a pretty tone-- Gepard sounds stern and authoritative, just like he does when he's ordering his soldiers around at the front lines. This is his office, in Qlipoth Fort where he has just a little less authority than the Supreme Guardian herself, and Sampo is the interloper. Technically, he would be within his jurisdiction to arrest Sampo, and to do worse than just arrest him, probably. He could do basically anything that he wanted to Sampo, and give any reason for it, and there wouldn't be anyone in this building that would argue with him.]

[Gepard's hand is tight around Sampo's, holds him firmly in place. He has enough strength to keep Sampo wherever he wants him; Sampo's not a small man nor a weak man, but Gepard is stronger. Has a grip like iron, far more secure than the handcuffs that Sampo so often picked his way out of.]

Maybe I came here for you, Captain. [His voice is low, suggestive. An invitation all on its own.] Maybe I just wanted to see your handsome face. You haven't chased after me all day, I was feeling a little lonely.

[Sampo licks his lips when Gepard says that he'll need to be convincing. He has so many ideas about how he could convince him.]
